Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Rock Statesville, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services, and experiences. Please review this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Products returned without proof of purchase

Services

All services are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Gym memberships

  • Personal training sessions

  • One-on-one training packages

  • Hybrid monthly training & coaching

  • Playbook subscriptions

  • Recovery spa services

  • Seminars, workshops, and events

  • Day passes

Once a service has been purchased or booked, it is not eligible for a refund for any reason.

Personal Training & Coaching Sessions

Personal training sessions are non-refundable, including:

  • Single sessions

  • Packages

  • Hybrid coaching components

Sessions may only be rescheduled by submitting a request via email to:

support@TheRockStatesville.com

Reschedule requests:

  • Must be submitted 48 hours in advance

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Are subject to coach availability and scheduling limitations

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Missed appointments or no-shows for any service are not eligible for refunds

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking

  • Email requests do not guarantee approval

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Approved returns of eligible physical products will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a physical product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with photos and order details so the issue can be reviewed.

How to Request a Return or Reschedule

All return requests and reschedule requests must be submitted via email:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Proof of purchase

  • Details of the request

Requests submitted outside of these guidelines may not be approved.
